Impact & Projects:

Our Climate Action initiative raises awareness about environmental challenges, equips communities with knowledge and skills to adapt to a changing climate, and promotes sustainable practices. We work with farmers to implement climate-smart agriculture techniques, organize tree-planting campaigns, and advocate for renewable energy solutions.

Our Youth Drive initiative tackles youth unemployment through entrepreneurship training, job readiness workshops, and employment opportunities. We connect young people with mentors, provide access to microfinance, and support their business ventures. This empowers them to become financially independent and contribute positively to their communities.

Absolutely! Our She Can project focuses on women’s empowerment through vocational training, technical skills development, and income-generating opportunities. We challenge gender stereotypes, fight against discrimination, and provide women with the tools to realize their full potential.

Since 2016, WIN has impacted countless lives across Ghana. We’ve provided educational resources to over 5,000 students, trained hundreds of youths in entrepreneurial skills, helped women generate over $20,000 through their businesses, and planted thousands of trees to combat climate change. Each day, we witness the positive ripple effect of our work, inspiring hope and a brighter future for all.
