Maxwell Odonkor is a Social Entrepreneur, Climate Activist, Website Developer, and Training Consultation with over 7 years of working experience.

Maxwell is the Executive Director of World Inspiring Network, a nonprofit organization that is empowering young people in underserved communities in Ghana through education, empowerment programs and climate action to enable them to escape poverty.

Under his able leadership, and with support of global volunteers, partners, and donors, World Inspiring Network has impacted the lives of over 5,000 individuals in Ghana through community-based initiatives.

In addition to his entrepreneurial and social impact endeavors, Maxwell is also a Ye! Community Advisor for the International Trade Centre (ITC). Through the Ye! Community, he advocates for the needs of young entrepreneurs, provide trainings and supports impactful partnerships, making a significant difference in the lives of more than 10,000 young entrepreneurs in Ghana.

Maxwell has served as a panelist, speaker, jury member, and trainer, contributing his insights on climate change, social entrepreneurship, youth empowerment, and sustainable development.
