Maxwell Odonkor is a Social Entrepreneur, Climate Activist, and Training Consultant with over nine years of experience in youth empowerment, nonprofit leadership, and sustainable development.

As Executive Director of World Inspiring Network, Maxwell led initiatives that have empowered over 5,000 individuals at the grassroots level to enable them to create a better future for themselves, their communities and the planet.

In his role as the ITC Ye! Community Advisor for Ghana, he had supported and trained more than 10,000 young entrepreneurs across Ghana, fostering innovation and partnerships.

Maxwell is passionate about advancing circular economy solutions, with a strong focus on reducing food waste through Black Soldier Fly (BSF) technology, and driving collaborative innovations to tackle climate challenges.
